The Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department by performing a wide range of administrative duties. This position is responsible for updating and maintaining employee files, assisting in recruitment efforts, coordinating new hire onboarding, preparing HR-related reports, and supporting payroll and benefits processes. The HR Assistant helps maintain smooth HR operations by accurately and confidentially managing employee information, while also contributing to a professional and policy-compliant workplace environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
- Experience with recruitment processes and interview coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
