Performs end to end recruitment process such as but not limited to;
Source and sends applicants for screening
Participate in various hiring activities such as joining job fairs, coordination with school and LGU for partnership
Prepare and post job hiring ads in different recruitment platforms and social media groups
Contact applicants for interview schedule and coordinate with the Department Heads on interview availabity
Administer and interpret psychological exams and results for the purpose of assessing candidates intelligence, personality, skill or other psychological attributes.
Performs employment background checks
Process the pre-onboarding and onboarding procedures of the successful candidates
Update and maintain the Recruitment database report accordingly from time to time
Prepare and submit daily recruitment reports progress as required
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Assist with performance management and regularization procedures.
Preparation of Performance Evaluation form and coordinate with the Department Heads on employees evaluation schedule
Prepare documents and monitor employee movement and recommendation;
Compile all submitted Performance Evaluation forms
Other HR related task that can be given from time to time.
