Job Description

  • Performs end to end recruitment process such as but not limited to;
  • Source and sends applicants for screening
  • Participate in various hiring activities such as joining job fairs, coordination with school and LGU for partnership
  • Prepare and post job hiring ads in different recruitment platforms and social media groups
  • Contact applicants for interview schedule and coordinate with the Department Heads on interview availabity
  • Administer and interpret psychological exams and results for the purpose of assessing candidates intelligence, personality, skill or other psychological attributes.
  • Performs employment background checks
  • Process the pre-onboarding and onboarding procedures of the successful candidates
  • Update and maintain the Recruitment database report accordingly from time to time
  • Prepare and submit daily recruitment reports progress as required
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • Assist with performance management and regularization procedures.
  • Preparation of Performance Evaluation form and coordinate with the Department Heads on employees evaluation schedule
  • Prepare documents and monitor employee movement and recommendation;
  • Compile all submitted Performance Evaluation forms
  • Other HR related task that can be given from time to time.
  • Preferably from Food and Beverage industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in HRDM or Psychology
  • With at least 1 year of experience
