JOB SUMMARY

The Live Operations Manager – TSP is responsible for end-to-end management of TikTok Shop livestream operations for seller accounts under Iconify's TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) portfolio. This role focuses on sales performance, operational execution, and platform compliance, ensuring livestreams drive GMV growth while meeting TikTok Shop standards.

This is a commerce operations role, not a creator management role. Performance is measured in GMV, conversion, and operational accuracy.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TikTok Shop Live Operations (Core Function)

  • Manage daily livestream operations for TikTok Shop seller accounts
  • Oversee live schedules, product sequencing, pricing, vouchers, and promo mechanics.
  • Ensure alignment between live selling plans, inventory availability, and seller
  • objectives.
  • Supervise live hosts, moderators, and support staff assigned to seller accounts.

Sales Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor livestream KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CTR, and viewer retention.
  • Conduct post-live performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
  • Optimize live formats, product flow, and promotional strategies to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with TikTok account managers and internal teams on performance initiatives.

Seller & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary operations contact for assigned TikTok Shop sellers
  • Translate seller goals into executable livestream strategies
  • Manage expectations on performance, scheduling, and operational requirements.
  • Escalate risks or performance gaps to the Head of Operations with solutions Compliance, Risk & Quality Control.
  • Ensure all livestreams comply with TikTok Shop policies, platform rules, and commercial standards.
  • Prevent policy violations related to pricing, claims, prohibited products, or hosting conduct.
  • Handle real-time troubleshooting during live sessions.
  • Maintain SOPs, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement.
  • Lead and coach live operations staff to meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Standardize workflows, checklists, and live readiness processes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in livestream commerce, e-commerce operations, or TikTok Shop.
  • Proven experience handling seller-facing live selling operations.
  • Experience working with TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) or managed seller accounts is a strong advantage.
