Job Description

  • Assist in preparation and filing of financial and HR documents
  • Support payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and employee records management
  • Help in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and screening applicants
  • Maintain organized filing systems for finance and HR records
  • Assist in preparing reports, billing documents, and other administrative requirements
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR and finance-related concerns
  • Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees
  • Perform data entry and update company databases accurately
  • Assist in monitoring office supplies and other administrative tasks
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Finance and HR departments
