Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment
  • Posting job advertisements on job boards, indeed, jobstreet etc
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees (documentation, orientation)
  • Employee Records Management
  • Maintaining and updating employee files (digital or physical)
  • Ensuring accuracy of HR databases (personal details, contracts, benefits)
  • Handling confidential employee information securely
  • HR Administration
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Assisting in training sessions and employee development programs
  • Employee Relations
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Promoting a positive work environment
  • General HR Support
  • Assisting with internal communications
  • Organizing company events and engagement activities
  • Supporting recruitment team with day-to-day tasks
