Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and timekeeping processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates and accurate attendance monitoring. Involves sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining employee attendance records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

  • Full-cycle recruitment
  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Interview coordination and applicant management
  • Timekeeping and attendance monitoring
  • Leave and overtime tracking
  • Preparation and maintenance of HR records and reports
  • Coordination with department heads regarding manpower requirements and attendance concerns
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation
  • Problem-solving and process improvement
  • Collaboration with HR team and other departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations
  • Experience in handling timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, online job portals, and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and basic payroll support
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is preferred
