Finance Supervisor

Position Summary

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing finance staff and managing daily finance and accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supports business decision-making through financial analysis and insights. The Finance Supervisor also provides leadership and guidance to the finance team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of financial activities and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• CPA passer or CPA license holder preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
