The Finance Supervisor oversees daily finance operations, including disbursements, collections, financial reporting, and transaction recording. This role ensures the accuracy of financial data, compliance with internal controls, and supports financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee disbursement and collection processes.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions in the ERP system.
- Manage high-volume transactions (approximately 800 transactions).
- Maintain financial records and perform account reconciliations.
- Implement and monitor financial policies and internal controls.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Supervise finance staff and support audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Preferred candidate from the Real Estate, Property Development, or related industry.
