About The Role
We're looking for an
Finance Supervisor to support and strengthen our finance operations as we continue to grow. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure financial records are accurate and up to date, and work closely with both internal stakeholders and our external accounting partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient finance processes, takes ownership of accounting operations, and can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You Will Do
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Review and process invoices while ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Coordinate with our external accounting partner on bookkeeping, financial reporting, and other accounting activities.
- Support tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting and finance processes.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting.
What We Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
