Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Supply Chain Logistics in Pasig, responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role supervises the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitors compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The Finance Supervisor coordinates audits, reviews account reconciliations, and works closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions. The role also involves Finance Business Partnering, streamlining finance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in managing core financial processes.
  • Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply financial concepts in business decisions.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Candidates should possess Auditing knowledge or experience in internal or external audit, control testing, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
  • Experience in supervisory or team lead roles within a finance or accounting department is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and ERP or accounting systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
