The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role.
This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitors cash flow, manages accounting records, and ensures compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and relevant regulations. Responsibilities include supervising finance and accounting staff, coordinating with auditors, supporting tax and regulatory filings, and providing financial insights to management for decision-making.
The role also involves improving financial processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support budgeting, and guide management decisions.
Candidates should possess solid Accounting and Financial Statements skills to prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports.
Candidates should possess Auditing and compliance-related skills to support internal controls and external audit requirements.
Candidates should have proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities, including supervising teams and coordinating cross-functional work.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
Candidates should be able to work on-site in Central Luzon, Philippines and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving retail and lifestyle environment.
