Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Clark, Pampanga. This position oversees daily finance and accounting operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports. The Finance Supervisor monitors budgets, supports forecasting, and ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant financial regulations. The role includes supervising finance staff, reviewing reconciliations, supporting internal and external audits, and coordinating with other departments on financial matters. The Finance Supervisor also contributes to process improvements, cost control initiatives, and decision-support analysis for management.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and related management reports.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Auditing and internal control frameworks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Experience in supervisory or team lead roles within finance or accounting functions.
- Proficiency with accounting software and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Angeles.
