Serves as the companys front liner, revenue generator and key sales representative to clients. Establishes and maintains good relationships to the clients to maximize sales, manages requirements and find opportunities for growth
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate sales forecast for each account.
- Ensure that the annual sales target for each account is achieved as per the annual targets agreed with the line manager.
- Taps all avenues or resources for possible sales leads.
- Does regular coverage of client's key personnel.
- Generate client call or contact reports, outlining discussion, actionable points and all relevant agreements made with client during meeting.
- Ensure profitability of accounts by managing sales, collections and expenses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce major in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- With 2-3 years experience in Pharmaceutical company as Product & Marketing Manager
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good selling skills
- Excellent analytical skills
