Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This position oversees day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports. The Finance Supervisor ensures compliance with internal controls and relevant standards, coordinates auditing activities, and monitors the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. The role includes supervising a team of finance and accounting staff, providing guidance on complex transactions, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making. The Finance Supervisor also collaborates with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and support the growth objectives of 5 ELK and its clients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to oversee end-to-end financial operations.
• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
• Experience in Auditing processes, including internal controls, risk assessment, and regulatory or standards compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience supervising finance or accounting teams in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Proficient in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with international clients.
