Job Description

An established organization within the manufacturing and supply chain sector is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to support financial planning, reporting, cost management, and business decision-making initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, ensure data integrity, and contribute to the organization's overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance and investigate significant variances across key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, cost data, and supporting account schedules.
  • Support standard costing, pricing activities, and operational cost management
  • Provide financial analyses, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions and projects.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and historical trend analysis.
  • Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor capital expenditures, asset-related transactions, and inventory verification activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and operational data.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other finance-related responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting.
  • Background in a manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, or production environment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
