An established organization within the manufacturing and supply chain sector is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to support financial planning, reporting, cost management, and business decision-making initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, ensure data integrity, and contribute to the organization's overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance and investigate significant variances across key accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records, cost data, and supporting account schedules.
Support standard costing, pricing activities, and operational cost management
Provide financial analyses, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions and projects.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and historical trend analysis.
Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Monitor capital expenditures, asset-related transactions, and inventory verification activities.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and operational data.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
Perform other finance-related responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
Experience in financial analysis, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting.
Background in a manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, or production environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
