Job Description
We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead our wholesale and distribution growth nationwide. This role will rebuild the entire Sales Division, drive revenue expansion, and strengthen our presence across key channels such as supermarkets, HoReCa, retailers, and regional distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 1224 month sales & distribution strategy
Set revenue targets, forecasts, and growth plans across key channels
Build and lead the Sales Division (AEs, Supervisors, Merchandisers)
Drive key account acquisition and negotiate trading terms
Expand distribution in Metro Manila and nationwide (Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao)
Implement sales systems: CRM, reporting, route plans, pipeline management
Coordinate with Supply Chain for stock forecasting
Analyze market trends, competition, and product opportunities
Qualifications
710 years sales experience; at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role
Strong network in supermarkets, HoReCa, wholesalers, and distributors
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Strong negotiation, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
Deep understanding of PH distribution channels
