Job Summary: The Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, revenue generation, and market expansion of the company's real estate projects. This role oversees sales teams, develops sales programs, manages key client and broker relationships, and ensures achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

- tDrive project sales and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

- .Collaborate with Marketing in developing lead generation and customer acquisition programs
.Team Managemen
