Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Muntinlupa City, responsible for driving sales performance across FAI's residential, office, and township projects. The role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, sets revenue targets, and manages sales operations to achieve business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and coaching sales teams; monitoring pipelines and conversion rates; and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Director collaborates closely with marketing, business development, and project teams to align sales plans with product positioning and market demand. The role also involves analyzing market trends, building and maintaining key client and broker relationships, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in real estate or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Proven Team Management skills, with experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent Customer Service orientation, with the ability to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a premium buying experience.
  • Solid analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to guide decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field; advanced studies or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in property development, real estate brokerage, or related sectors, preferably in mid- to high-end or mixed-use developments.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Muntinlupa City and to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
