Your Mission
Drive DEG's next wave of expansion by delivering year-on-year revenue growth, scaling nationwide distribution, and building a world-class sales organization that wins across all channels.
What You'll Own & Scale
- Deliver annual sales growth through strong execution and strategy
- Lead nationwide expansion, opening and scaling new markets and channels
- Drive distribution growth across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts
- Strengthen leadership in high-potential markets (including beach and tourism channels)
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing national sales team
- Implement systems, tools, and processes to scale operations efficiently
- Track and optimize sales performance, forecasting, and execution metrics
What You Bring
- 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in FMCG
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Proven track record of driving nationwide growth and expansion
- Experience in high-growth or hyper-growth environments (+30–40% annually)
- Strong background in sales strategy, execution, and team leadership
- Experience managing large, distributed sales teams across regions
- Ability to lead change, transformation, and process improvements
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
