Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), email, and SEO.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content in coordination with the content team.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for SEO, and support blog content strategy.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation flows using tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content specialists, and web developers to align campaign visuals and messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Support lead nurturing and conversion strategies through landing pages, retargeting, and A/B testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and performance-based decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce.
