Job Description

  • Manage and execute digital marketing activities that support CIIT's branding, enrollment, and content strategies
  • Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Create original and compelling content for digital platforms, including:
    • Social media posts and campaign assets
    • Email marketing copy and templates
    • Online features and short-form announcements
    • Event-related visuals and communications support
  • Write effective copy tailored to different audiences and platforms, balancing creativity with clarity
  • Design simple but polished visuals using Canva or Adobe Express for use across digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Specialist Courses to ensure timely production and alignment of materials
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, apply UTM tags, and assist in basic performance reporting
  • Contribute to ideation and execution of digital strategies that support brand visibility, lead generation, and student engagement
  • Conduct regular monitoring of competitors and trends, using insights to improve digital executions
  • Ensure accuracy and brand alignment in all published content
  • Support content updates and campaign-related needs on the CIIT website
  • Assist in improving automation, campaign workflows, and digital processes where needed
  • Perform other tasks relevant to digital content and campaign implementation as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a course in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or campaign execution
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, UTM tagging, and basic reporting dashboards
  • Experience supporting marketing for education, enrollment, or student-focused programs is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, trends, and workflow processes
