NTT DATA is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our APAC marketing team to manage campaigns and events for the Australia & New Zealand region.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving demand generation and pipeline growth through strategic digital initiatives. This position focuses on executing integrated campaigns, managing the lead lifecycle, and elevating NTT DATA's presence across digital channels. Acting as a key enabler for sales and marketing alignment, the role combines data-driven decision-making with creativity to optimise performance across paid media, social platforms, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of digital best practices and emerging trends to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across brand, GTM, Sales, Partner, and BDR initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle, including capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to Sales.
  • Own social media strategy and execution across platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, social) to drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, ABM, Alliances) to ensure digital initiatives support account priorities and business goals.
  • Maintain and update marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations for lead management.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and corporate brand standards in all digital activities.

What we are looking for:

  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and social media channels.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in content creation for digital channels (social posts, landing pages, email templates).
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, including AI-driven marketing tools and personalization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in campaign design and execution.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills for paid media and digital services.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
