Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a data-informed content strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create monthly content calendars, including post planning, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Align content with brand voice and campaign goals using compelling visuals and storytelling.
  • Manage audience engagementresponding to comments, DMs, and mentions within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal design teams to produce impactful content.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.
  • Segment and target audiences using advanced tools; tailor creatives per platform and objective (e.g., awareness, conversion, lead gen).
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, and GA4.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad formats, copy, and creatives; analyze social media metrics/performance and other campaign data to track progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and sales teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proficient in ad automation and analytics tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
  • Skilled in PR/media coordination and influencer collaborations.
  • Highly organized, agile, and responsive to fast-paced marketing needs.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve marketing tactics and ROI.
