Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tuba for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, offering solutions, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers to enhance their experience with xTool products and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse customers
• Experience in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and address customer needs effectively
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a relevant field are preferred
