Cosmo is an online education technology company offering 1-on-1 virtual classes to students around the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Specialist to assist parents (students) and teachers.
This is a temporary position from January 26 to May 22, 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time permanent role as the company grows.
Work Hours
- MondayFriday, 1:00 PM10:00 PM EDT(TuesdayThursday, 1:00 AM10:00 AM Philippines Time)
- 1-hour daily meal break
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule may shift based on U.S. daylight savings time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, professional customer support to parents, students, and teachers.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Handle real-time support tickets during ongoing classes.
- Provide assistance and guidance to prospective teachers.
*The company will provide training on how to use internal systems and platforms, as well as SoP and communication templates for consistent and high-quality responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous customer service experience supporting a U.S.-based company.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills and familiarity with common devices.
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- (MacOS preferred).
Compensation
- Base salary: Php 24,000/ month
- Allowance: Php 1,200/ month
- Night-shift Differential Pay: You are entitled to a night shift premium equivalent to 10% of your monthly base salary.
