Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly proficient Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a native-level or excellent Spanish speaker with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Hispanic culture. This role requires professional communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, chat, and other support channels.
Provide accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate communication.
Assist customers with account, technical, and service-related issues efficiently.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Deliver service with empathy and strong attention to customer needs.
Qualifications
Native or excellent Spanish proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Strong understanding of Hispanic cultural norms and communication styles.
Previous customer support experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.
High level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
