About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee client accounts and support the performance of assigned virtual staff.
This role is ideal for someone with staffing agency / virtual assistant management experience who is confident handling client communication, staff performance, coaching, and day-to-day operational issues. You'll serve as the main point of contact for both clients and virtual assistants—ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and consistent service delivery.
What You'll Own
Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance using Hubstaff
Coach and support virtual assistants to meet client expectations
Handle escalations, staffing issues, and performance concerns quickly
Communicate updates, feedback, and action plans clearly to clients
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational notes
Partner closely with leadership to improve retention and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in a staffing agency / virtual assistant company
✔ Strong background in account management or customer success
✔ Comfortable managing multiple clients and remote staff
✔ Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
✔ Experience using Hubstaff, Slack, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
