Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Southeast Asian language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
