ClearSource is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will provide customer support for our client's premium home appliance warranty. You will help customers eliminate the stress and hassle of many home maintenance services. We need individuals with 1-2 years experience strong focus on customer support who can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Follow -up with internal and external customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
  • Discussing Covered and Non-Covered Items on a phone call including out-of-pocket cost.
  • Sending emails and reaching out to other departments for further assistance in resolving the customer's concern.
  • Sending out recalls/Working on the open dispatch ticket
  • Answering direct emails sent to them by the customer. Receiving and placing telephone calls to respond to and resolve customer service issues.
  • Review accounts for possible SCF waive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service regardless of the result.
  • Provide Survey Spiel on each call. Attempt to save for possible cancellation due to dissatisfied customers.

  • Perform other duties responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
