About the Role

This is a remote customer support and operations support role.

You will help keep our recruiting engine moving by supporting candidates, clients, recruiters, and internal team members with clear communication, fast follow-up, and organized execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

What You'll Do

• Respond to candidates, clients, and internal team members through email, chat, and internal systems
• Help with scheduling, follow-ups, process updates, and basic support questions
• Support recruiters with coordination, documentation, and admin tasks
• You'll get trained with the latest AI tools

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, admin support, recruiting coordination, BPO, chat support, virtual assistance, or customer success
• Strong written English
• Clear, professional communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with remote work
• Able to work independently and follow through
