• Handle French-language support tickets and calls
• Seamlessly transition to English-language queues during low French-volume periods

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French
• Bilingual Capability: Strong command of both French and English to manage dual queues
• Location: Must be able to work onsite and must be willing to relocate to our Davao site (relocation required)
