Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels (voice, chat, email, and other digital platforms)
- Handle French-language support tickets and calls
- Seamlessly transition to English-language queues during low French-volume periods
- Consistently meet performance, quality, and compliance standards set by the company
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French
- Bilingual Capability: Strong command of both French and English to manage dual queues
- Location: Must be able to work onsite and must be willing to relocate to our Davao site (relocation required)
