About the role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with proven experience in inbound support to join our organization.
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite (non-negotiable)
Work Shift: Night Shift
Contract Duration: 9 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems
- Adhere to established service standards, KPIs, and quality metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound customer service or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and customer support tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
