Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and finding the best solution
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
Qualifications
- 4 years graduate or undergraduate (Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus)
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and customer support tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Empathy and a customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
