Overall Responsibilities:
Corporate Account Associates are responsible for improving customer service with direct focus on IWG's growing Corporate Customer market. This includes analysing customer issues, root-cause identification and issue resolution with the end goal of providing the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily corporate customer inquiries received via call or email.
- Timely resolution of customer issues for account, billing and payment related inquiries.
- Identify process and policy gaps that need improvement to support the ever changing need of the corporate clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Position Requirements
- At least 1 year experience of Customer Service/Accounts Receivable processes within a multinational, shared service environment.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience of building strong relationships with peers and Finance Leaders.
Attributes, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Customer service approach, focussed on serving all key stakeholders.
- University degree or college diploma in the field of accounting or finance, business or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving and organisational skills

- Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels and teams in the organisation
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid arrangement: The standard onsite requirement is eight (8) days per month, which may be scheduled as twice a week or as eight consecutive onsite days. The team currently reports onsite 3-4 times per month (or more, depending on business needs). Please note that the first month will require full-time onsite work, after which the role will transition to a hybrid work arrangement.
- Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Equipment: Laptop and other peripherals will be provided by the company
