Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Manila. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, managing communications, and maintaining a high level of service efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Previous experience in ICT services or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are advantageous
