Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, contractual role based in Manila, Philippines, for an On-the-Job Training Assistant (OJT-A). The OJT-A will assist in the organization and facilitation of on-the-job training programs, coordinate with partner organizations, and provide support to both students and training supervisors. Key responsibilities include managing program logistics, assisting in administrative tasks, maintaining training records, and ensuring that students receive effective guidance and support during their training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and familiarity with delivering or supporting training programs
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and external partners
• Excellent Organization Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience or background in education, human resources, or a related field is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on mentorship and relationship-building
• Willingness to work on-site in FEU-Manila
