Role Description

This is a full-time remote Loan Processing Specialist role. The Loan Processing Specialist will handle the lodgment-to-settlement process, including reviewing loan documents, coordinating with clients, and assisting the broker/credit analyst. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the loan approval process.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Australian mortgage industry (minimum of 2 years)
• Strong understanding of loan processes and stages (packaging, servicing, formal approval to settlement)
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and document management systems
• Experience in ApplyOnline, LoanApp, and aggregator CRM is a plus
