Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Compliance Officer role located in Marikina Valley Medical Center, Marikina. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting compliance audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all aspects of the organization's operations. Identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks, monitoring and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and communicating findings to management are also included in the role's responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
- Basic Understanding of Finance
- Ability to research and identify areas of potential non-compliance
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in Compliance or a related field is an advantage
