Job Summary
Serve as the main contact for government agencies to manage corporate records, permits, and legal filings. Help ensure the company stays compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government offices (e.g., SEC, DENR, BFP) for permits, licenses, and clearances
- Prepare and file corporate documents, reports, and amendments
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise management
- Ensure timely submission of compliance reports and payments
- Assist in securing documents requested by internal or external parties
- Perform regular fieldwork for submissions and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- At least 1 year experience dealing with government agencies (DENR, BFP, etc. is a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
