The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely administration and processing of compensation and benefits transactions. The role supports the organization's total rewards programs by ensuring payroll-related compensation changes, benefits administration, HRIS-data maintenance, reporting, and compliance activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
Job Duties:
• Ensuring accuracy of end-to-end payroll process for active and separated employees.
• Analyzes and process payroll disputes.
• Process employee compensation transactions including salary adjustments,
transfers, allowances, and incentive-related updates.
• Maintain and update employee compensation records in HRIS and related systems.
• Process Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) enrollments, changes, and
terminations for company benefits programs.
• Verify and maintain employee benefits records and documentation.
• Process employee claims, reimbursements, and benefits-related requests.
• Monitor benefit eligibility and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and provide necessary guidance.
• Maintain employee compensation and benefits databases ensuring data integrity.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
• Support audits by providing required compensation and benefits documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Support Total Rewards projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
administration, payroll support, or total rewards operations.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and labor regulations.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
