Business Manager

Singapore Diagnostics is looking for experienced Business Managers to drive growth and expand our diagnostics business across the country.

What You'll Do

• Lead business growth, sales, and market expansion initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, HMOs, and healthcare institutions
• Manage key accounts, government tenders, and commercial operations
• Drive profitability, operational excellence, and team performance
• Develop and execute strategies that strengthen our market presence

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years experience in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceuticals
• 5+ years in a leadership or business management role
• Strong track record in sales growth, key account management, and government tenders
• Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare and diagnostics market
