At Duralco, we are the pioneer of premium aluminum windows and doors company in the Philippines, driven by a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing business.
This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales, networking, and market expansion.
Generate and develop new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, Architects, Contractors and Industry Partners.
Conduct product presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a detailed and accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in construction is a plus.
