Job Description

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, service offerings, prepare presentation materials and are able to explain them properly as well as discuss solutions to meet the customers needs
  • Identify business opportunities- including sales target, new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services by attending seminars, conferences or reading materials to keep abreast with what's happening in the industry
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the actual performance and develop strategic programs or actions plans to protect/retain and grow the business and market share of the assigned industry/area for presentation to Management
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through timely visits and conduct quarterly business reviews, maintain a detailed and updated client list of active and engaged customer base. Ensure that the highest level of Customer Service is given at all times
  • Work with the team to design/develop Out of the Box promotional programs and techniques applicable to the industry or customers assigned
  • Perform regular market research (market share) and competition monitoring
  • Proper maintenance and efficient utilization of tools of work provided by the company
  • Ensure timely completion, submission and compliance of reports and other works
  • Good business sense;
  • Excellent analytical and people management skills;
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. Comfortable speaking and writing in English;
  • A positive attitude bursting with self-confidence;
  • Negotiations, Networking, Prospecting, Research, Sales, Planning, Forecasting, Presentation, Closing Skills;
  • Plenty of initiative and creativity;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
