Job Description
- Handles site selection, inspections, feasibility studies, lease negotiations, and store expansion documentation.
- Conducts market, competitor, sales, customer, and product opportunity analyses to support business growth.
- Coordinates with landlords, brokers, mall management, suppliers, vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.
- Supports store openings, marketing initiatives, project timelines, post-opening evaluations, and operational improvements.
- Promotes compliance, teamwork, professional development, and contributes to organizational planning and effectiveness.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Preferably 23 years of business development experience, ideally in retail chains or malls.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in retail operations, market research, and commercial leasing.
- Proactive, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and proficient in basic computer literacy for data analysis and reporting.
