Manages the day-to-day activities of Team in generating sales revenues from New Business Acquisition and Business Retention through and efficient and effective management of the in-house sales force
Reviews and ensures the Team's strict compliance to defined processes in securing and closing an account
Reviews and approves or disapproves proposals submitted by Team within limits of approved actuarial rates
Plans, monitors and reviews implementation of Strategic Acquisition/ Retention Programs for the Client
Reviews and escalates or endorses recommendation to Immediate Superior regarding any concern related to the accounts
Reviews performance and conducts coaching, mentoring or meetings to improve on competency gaps of the Team
Reviews approves or disapproved recommended status of closed accounts through the C4C system x Reviews and recommends approval of Ex-gratia claims of clients to the Immediate Superior
Experience
At least 4 -5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HMO/healthcare, insurance, or managed care .
Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity , handling a team of account officers or sales executives.
