Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Iloilo for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and managing a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth. Core responsibilities will include conducting market research, designing and executing effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also entails tracking sales performance metrics, creating reports, and identifying areas for improvement to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Experience of at least three (3) years as a Business Development Manager for a company in a related

field.

Proficient in using CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, for managing client data and tracking sales

activities.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value

propositions effectively to prospective clients.

Skilled in lead generation through both inbound and outbound strategies, including cold outreach and

relationship-based referrals.

Analytical and strategic mindset with experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.

Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools, especially Google Sheets, for data management and

reporting.

Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Inside Sales, and

Management teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate sales records

and client information.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
