Job Summary
Leads the growth and development of a defined health business portfolio (e.g., corporate, hospital, and emerging health partners) by driving revenue expansion, strengthening strategic partnerships, and building new business opportunities.
Acts as a portfolio owner, accountable for delivering commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing scalable programs aligned with Watsons health business direction.
This role focuses on:
Portfolio Growth & Business Development
• Owns revenue, margin, and pipeline for assigned portfolio; delivers against growth targets
• Expands existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities within the segment
Strategic Account & Partnership Management
• Builds strong, long-term partnerships with corporate, hospital, and health ecosystem partners
• Positions Watsons as a strategic partner through value-driven solutions and offerings
Commercial Management
• Develops and owns business cases, pricing strategies, and deal structures
• Ensures profitability and sustainability of programs and partnerships
Program & Solution Development
• Designs and implements programs, services, and bundled offerings to drive revenue
• Identifies and pilots new initiatives to unlock incremental business value
