Role Description

The Business Development Manager for IT Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Bladegrass Technologies IT products and services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating contract terms in coordination with internal teams. The Business Development Manager collaborates with technical and project teams to understand solution capabilities, gather client requirements, and ensure proposals meet business and technical needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and reporting on sales performance to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Analysis and Business Process skills to understand client operations, identify opportunities, and define solution requirements.
  • Solid foundation in Information Technology to effectively position and explain IT solutions and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess customer needs, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management capabilities to coordinate proposal development, manage timelines, and support smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT or technology services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to work on-site in Parañaque, manage multiple opportunities, and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
